...e they work very professionally, on the other hand the work culture is friendly. You can opt for more job responsibilities if you want a hike in pay scale and promotions. My manager Sachin Jain have been a delight to work under. He taught be all about how the businesses runs and how we can help people and our company.

Almost nothing to like except good colleagues to work with. No growth whatsoever and extremely biased work culture.

Dislikes

...ple to leave in and out. If you join here, you will be working merely for weeks. Do not choose K12 ever even if they pay a little bit higher than average Kolkata salary in ed-tech. Interviews are fraud, they only hire for emergency situations and ask people to leave when their job is done. You will get nothing but humiliation working with Moumita.

...eriod can vary from 30 minutes to 30 days, depending on the mood of the manager. The policy defines 30 days, but they can ask you on your day of resignation to not to continue coming from the next day and not pay you a penny. However, if you ask for an early release, you have to pay back money to the company "as per company policy of release". As I mentioned earlier, policies are only modelled to derive money from the employees. Many more points can be jotted, but they are common to most of the co-called "corporates" today.

Few managers are supportive.

Dislikes

Did not pay last 2 month's full salary even after serving entire notice period. Paid less than half. Useless products are offered by the company and then expect an enormous and impractical sales figure. Zero scope of learning new things.

don't go through this company their is very bad experience still i not recevied my salary worked there 3 month complete without information they terminated me i don't know how and why ? only even thought still i not received my turmination later when i am asking them they told they sent me mail but i asked repeatedly told them still date not received any termination letter,, please don't go for this ''''company Fraud''....
