Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...mitte somthing but they don't do. Even someone carrier loose for his commitment. They didn't provide Appointment letter and send salary in cash. They diduct salary and incentive after three leaves. They didnot provide salary statement and commite verbly on CTC. I suggest every new candidate that pls not join this company.
