...fered to such department where they himself have to putin the resign papers.....Local Mba Candidates are paid very very less salary package of 4.50 Lakhs p.a. over here in this organization which is mine personal experience and rest of the staff experience shared to me... Really If we work hard in any organisation Achievement need to be shared to lower hardworking staff also not only those who are favourite staffs.....Not to Expect any increment if candidates are executive or Officer level..... May be management strategy of Pressurized New staff. Issue them loans and expect that the new joined staff will work with the salary offered for atleast 5 Years without any increments but staffs those who are at higher level enjoys good packages. So, pls. Help me with good package and with good company offer.

The company has the best work culture. On time salary, Progressive and good work environment, Diversified portfolio are key strengths of company.

Dislikes

Annual appraisal compensation is not so lucrative and the growth is slow. Certain group of people doing better growth but not all, lagging in conducting training programs for employees.

There is a lot of politics and due to politics you will not get what you deserve.due to covid 19 they have reduce salary and remove 30%staff which is not correct at this moment

Very good teammate, owners are very ethical. .have good freedom of working in hotel division ( chalet hotel Ltd. )

Salary hike is not good n also hr should think of giving performance bonus to good performars

Not much. Even ICICI Bank work culture and work hours are better than here

Dislikes

Extremely long work hours, work culture, weekend off only on papers- bosses call shamelessly on sunday at odd hours, no WFH allowed even when entire BKC is shut or if city is under water logging. No work life balance.
