Low productive approach. Zero defect is only a myth, they just hide defect from customer. People working from long time are enjoying, because they do not have to work, taking nap all over the day. Mostly people working on low salary because they deserve it. Communication skills is very poor. Financially you will never grow. Appraisal is just a joke here.

...re is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign On the job training is not given to New joiners.

Because this company is direct vender on Maruti Suzuki. This company are manufactur to many types parts and use many types of machine like that power press, Pneumatic press and hydraulic machine. So more chance of knowledge growth available in this company.
