K-pack is a great place to work for a fresher who seeks to learn how a medium scale firm operates. Senior management very open with you wanting to have cross functional learning. There is a great opportunity to grow your knowledge base and skills.

Dislikes

... period. Compensation can be improved. It does not match the market standards. Salary growth is slow and it will take one years to climb up the corporate ladder to a top position.

Director is a knowledgeable person, MD is cool and helping, Managers are super helping, knowledgeable, and will teach you whatever you want to learn, colleagues are like a family now.

Dislikes

Salaries are very less, salary structure needs to improve as soon as possible, and should be given as per the performance not as per the experience.

Best company in India who is the OEM of equipments for Primary treatment of wastewater. Mr. Suresh AB (Proposals Manager) who is my manager too is the best Manager in the country.If anyone want to join Kpack, try to be in his team.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
