Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Kpg&co is very good I'm very blessed to part of this firm and they provide good work atmosphere they give importance to staff and students my principal sir guide me how to approach and how to handle clients and coming about my team members we are like best friends while anyone facing difficulty all of them get-together solving those issue.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high but I like to handle those work and finishedit work appreciation is very rare In my opinion any work giving feedback is very important for us to improve our work
