Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Likes

It was my alma mater I love to teach English language and literature. Management is a great motivation and impartial. There was full job security. But petty politics of caste and religion is played among colleagues. Apart from all the issues, there's a lot opportunities to do many challenging things that can help you to improve your career

Dislikes

I never dislike to work at this place irrespective of all the differences. K N College karanja Lad is a great place to work for anyone
