Nothing is like about K mordani very horrible place to work and very foolish company

Dislikes

Everything is like dislike no salary on time, Director is not bothered about employees benefits, he always concern about his own family parties and foreign holiday, he had not paid GST since the GST regime was introduced and TDS and income tax from last 12 years so k mordani company is totally on the verge of bankruptcy.

...explained me about the functioning of the Company and introduced me to everyone. She very well explained me about the salary, working hours etc . Everyone at the company are helpful . HR of the company makes sure that besides work there are other activities held to make the employees co-ordinate with each other and there is team spirit. The efforts of the HR made the working environment very fun at the same time she was strict with the protocols. The Partner of the Company is very understanding towards work and very hardworking.

There is lot of practical learning including site visits, interacting with vendors , material selection etc. The work environment is quite good and habitable, Cooperative and friendly collegues

Dislikes

Work timings can be a issue at times , Project team dosent have alternate Saturdays off

Company does not have really good environment to work. Every decision is taken by director himself and whatever Good review given by other employees actually it is internally decided by all existing employees to write good about company so they can make fool all new comers for further appointment otherwise nobody would like work under such a horrible company who has very bad office decorum salary always delayed and HR is always lied about company policy like salary is on time but its not actually on time and also delayed by every 3 months no full and final settlement policy ..you can not take leave as per company policy reason behind directors moods always swing any moment so i would suggest don't think every to work with company and my senior in department is totally mad and she always talk about her personal life and director always used to support her even doing multiple complains to HR but some people in department is very supportive.

Teammater - Faltu No Training provided Job security is not secured any time they can fire you even in single big mistake forget about career growth and no word s like salary appraisal , no travel reimbursement and multiple politics within every department. work environment is pathetic work station is too small to keep all documents. they have alternate saturday sunday off but even they call you to work on same day because director mood swing.
