Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Before that university is open with the affiliates college, shortly grown with university. The university is open to innovation and readily adopts latest version. I love the opportunity that I am a professional of a team that university reliable, high quality products and has a global base. As a result, another plus point is that's my colleagues come from various other background and I work happily in the university. I also like the co-workers re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high, sometimes I have to work more hrs in the day. Higher official's do not value an individual basis I do receive appreciated from my students, but they unnoticed during from my end-year appraisal which is a pain sometimes.
