Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

...itics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Especially front office Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's really a good place for women to work. I had very good experience with KJSH, monetary compensation is very less but you can ejoy your personal life without any compromise 😊

Ability to apply clinical skills and learn in challenging environments Good work life balance. Consultants are dedicated and teach Junior Residents and Interns.

Salaries were not given on time and issues about night and day duties came up each time salaries were given.

The hospital is an excellwnt place as it is well equiped and also docters and staff are amazing at their work however the management is improper and mannerless. For sensitive people this could be considered as harresment.

Dislikes

The management of hospital, important needs ignored for either safety or hygine, improper practice and low level of planning. Seniors are a setback and people at high power are reckless.
