Everything is worst. Not having a single quality that i liked.

It is the worst compamy i have ever seen. No experience letter, no appoitment letter, no salary slip, no perks were given to the employee (either manpower/engineer/manager). All retired managers having zero technical knowledge are just occupying the higher designations as they have no any other option. I've been there around 1.4years and now i left due to worst environment and working culture. Their HR are just chewing tobacco while working and also they don't have any MBA degree, they'll directly deny everything whenever you ask them for any help or enquiry. Its my suggestion please invest your precious time somewhere else, specially to the freshers having a degree of Btech.

I am working with team with a brave team spirit and working in every areas environment and attending all difficulties during breakdown and shutdown and I have good experience in mechanical maintenance and project.

I don't like a political atmosphere and the issues of decreasing the salary etc.

Good work enviroment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the mansgement is transparent. Company policies aregood. Sppraisals are fair and they give good salary.
