Good Salary and on time, Great Students, Flexible work hrs (depends on your reporting manager). Most of the old employees who have been there for 5+ years are super friendly and nice and welcoming.

Dislikes

Bad politics because of top management in the KJSIM Institute. Purposefully ruining Junior Employees careers to show who's the boss in the institute. No Growth, Purposefully won't allow you to grow and no proper training is given to you by your seniors. So they can get promotion next year by doing your assigned work. Your reviews will be taken by Toxic Program Director and other Admin Heads and other Department heads and faculty whom you are not even reporting in the 1st place. You will be asked to work for 3 different departments in 1 year when you have joined for a particular department role. Will forcefully transfer you and make you do student calling in other departments or else threatened to be fired even if you request to be retained in the earlier department. All your hard work will be not taken into account, not even your colleagues will stand or speak up for you or even your reporting manager and ignore you like you were never a part of the department or the team, Your team won't even recognize you even on the last day because of fear. All your work will be ignored, No recognition, just bad politics and bad influence of other Admin heads, department heads and poor faculty influence. And they laugh and enjoy in their cabins and small meetings after ruining junior employees career. one of the program director and few faculty don't treat their students proper of their respective program and use terms like "Kachra Batch hai" which is not ethical since they do pay lakhs of fees yearly on false narratives set during admissions. There is no such thing as HR whom you could speak up to. No Retention The exit interviewer is very casual he doesn't even listen to what you have to say and it will be over in 3 - 4 mins with him pointing out "This is normal". They have ruined the career of an Junior Employee.

Flexible and ethical.

Dislikes

No systems and processes. Different for different people. Incompetent staff. Faculty loaded with staff jobs. Heavily favourable to old people to continue on and on. No career for younger people till the old ones retire or die. Horses and donkeys treated the same. No meritocracy.
