Not a place for people looking for career growth as there isn't pay or reward of the best efforts and loyalty. Decisions are taken as enni minni myna mo where only one person dictatorship is ruled, no increment of hard work, much more to say but conclusion is it totally a mismanaged company without any future for employees

Actually this is not a pvt ltd company which follow all policy of government act, this is just a coaching centre where there is no respect of employee and faculty member, Even not get salary at time, 2 Months to 4 months salary is pending always, Not follow Company Law, Labour Law, ESIC, PF, or anything which is mandatory to follow for any companies,

It's very bad place to work there is no job security and there is no management , and most important thing is the owner of kd campus always use abusive word to their employees

Kd campus is the coaching centre of govt examination.The best thing is only its faculty members.They are expert in their field. Thank you.

In kd campus I never seen proper management,no professionalism,no guidance. According to me fir the job purpose in management field it's zero.
