type don't pay salary on time. they dont have technical knowledge and dont know how to work in software development. they think development is very easy and there developer are lazy and dont want to work. they don't value time for the people who come for interview they always hiring for different different profile and don't hiring anyone.. they just looking for someone who can start work in very less amount. many employee left this company within a month reason delay in salary. they have policy to give salary on 7th date but they paid it on 10 - 20 date. and in some cases they say your performance in very bad we will pay your salary next month. if someone get salary on 30k they he or she will get appox less than 20k type deduct their salary according to their non sense policy like 1. if someone late by 1 min they 1/4 salary will deduct and if someone late by 10min or more than 10min they 1/2 salary will deduct. 2. if someone take leave on day before or after weekend then salary of the weekend and respective leave day will be deduct. if someone raise voice agaist their salary dedution then they will start searching there alternative and fired him or her latter.

...i jante. 😠 All Fake activities happening here, playing with everyone's trust. Wrong commitment by Kajal Shrivastwa ( Satvi Fail ) She said that ki humne logo ko free mai baitha kar salary di hai & Bla bla... khud employees se mahino kaam karwake unhe salary nahi dete hai aur unke paise se parties & trips karte hai 😠 abe abhi jitna bhi google par visible ho tum log meri wajah se ho but tum log itne thankless ho ke tumhe kisi k efforts ki value nahi hai. One of the worst company in Digital Marketing industry & highly unprofessional owner/management.

Salary was never on time. Deductions were there for late arrivings. Company's owner are fool and does not know how to run an organization. Kajal Srivastava was the most foolish girl I have ever meet in my life.

Worst experience of my life. Corrupt management. No respect for people and their work. They just know how to exploit employees and that is the ONLY thing they are GOOD at. They even do fake marketing using employees' name who are not even a part of their company anymore (without their permission) and call it lead generation. Fake reviews. They get fake reviews by forcing their employees to write one. Even when you reach out for help (to Management), they won't help you unless it benefits them. Management is poor.

BEWARE TO JOIN THIS ORG i wish if i could give negative rating to this org. Worst company with fake commitments The main problem is with mgnt behaviour they never though before saying anything and think employee's are their labour/servants. They forced to their employees to put the good reviews on social site K and A Technology Fraud organization .Stay AWAY
