Great company to work with. Best part is culture of the company. Our MDs are great person who take care of employees. I worked with so many MNCs but for me, this company is great and i will always have respect for this company

The management has given the entire charge of team management to an VP who is an absolute spineless person who is not able to take any decisions. To support his team the VP does not even have guts to stand up against juniors from other departments.

There are only negative things about the company...to start with, they dont give chance to employees to enhance their learning aspects so that they would not think about changing there job and even the performance is evaluated through CEO and director who does not connect with lower level employees and the managers only think about there personnel hike and gives only wrong perpects about the employees under them.
