I don't like anything of this organization.

...en by him even no any fan available in his office, work culture is very useless. After leaving the organization management not gave employees Salary. No any time table for working, every month someone staffs leave this organization because dictatorship behaviour of Owner and his relationship. I humble request to all of you not going in this organization, because I am not a single person whome this type of behaviour by employer there are so many employees whose leave this organization in short time periods. No any job training given by employer and press to work from 1st day. I am work only 20 days.

Jyoti constryction pvt lmt is a construction and minning company .It's a Good company ,I learnt many things there which is useful and beneficial for my future. My colleagues was very helpful .I worked happily in collaboration. Here i adopted new technologies and learnt about different heavy machines and their parts .I started my journey with this company and this company made me a good person as well as an employee

...ue strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times .salary was not according to work expectation the working time was very long and career growth very was slow

As a fresher can't developed skills in this company because company only time taking for use purpose a fresher not a permanent types it's a construction based company and company policies are very bad company hired fresher and when company work done then kick out from company this is very bad for fresher because fresher want's to improve career and skills so that types of company are very bad.I can't suggest anyone to join those types of company also.

Want to state In single word "worst" . I had worked for only one month in Nawada and koderma.Reason behind to leave this is Project Manager (Samir Singh) of this company always humiliates engineer on multiple basic can't express here.So i have nothing good to say about their working Management system.
