Very chitter and froud contractor, not told company because no any proper facility given by him even no any fan available in his office, work culture is very useless. After leaving the organization management not gave employees Salary. No any time table for working, every month someone staffs leave this organization because dictatorship behaviour of Owner and his relationship. I humble request to all of you not going in this organization, because I am not a single person whome this type of behaviour by employer there are so many employees whose leave this organization in short time periods. As a mechanical engineer my work was difficult and challenging as I have to look after the entire minning and construction sites and heavy machines as well as day to day yield operation and coming projects .It was a great learning experience of my life .
