I AM WORKING AS A SALES OFFICER FROM LAST 20 MONTH AND I WOULD SAY COMPANY IS REALY GOOD BUT ABOVE MANAGERS ARE VERY BAD LOTS OF POLITICS FROM ASM RSM HE WANT ONLY HIS PERSON LIKE BHAI- BHATIJAWAD. ITS DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM YOU ARE PERFORMER. THEY HAVE RIGHT THAT THEY CAN TRANSFER YOU WITHOUT ANY REASON AND JYOTHY LABS HR LOOK LIKE STATUE.

Decisions take a lot of time to happen. Salary hike and salary structure not upto the industry standards. It is good for a person who is looking to make a base in FMCG sales as ASM

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you connot resing. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
