Working culture that JIT has is little different campered to other institutions. Management trusty are very supportive and cordiall to all the employee's, job security is good for skilled and updated professional. Company policies are still in the development phase.

Team work is more seen in JIT, management financially support all the employees to upgrade with skillset providing training in house and across the college

the college has zero reputation and the system is not at all structured. principal is waste fellow , no commute facility, hod does not have any common sense and they don't know how to handle people . please don't join this college, high level politics, all brahmins show their third level mindless behavior. no knowledge, no proper management interview process sucks , first they take interview on random basis , then ask you to come to college for two to three times , and then they conclude, we need PhD holders. Worst college ever
