No professional or skill development possible. Loaded with unnecessary works

Have freedom to work. But no importance is given on in house training and die to that we get stuck on free resources.

The senior people just safeguards their personal interests only. Never concerned about the growth of the organization.

Likes

The policies are clearly spelled out so you know where you stand. There is good team spirit. Jobs are secure for anyone who follows the rules. As teachers a lot of possibility for innovation. The work environment is safe though strict and commitment is a must.

Dislikes

The tendency .of people to stick to a groove prevents others from thinking out of the box. Perhaps this is due to the complacency that sets in when jobs are secure
