Jw marriott hotel new delhi hotel best palce for freshers for working. They imrove the workint skills of people, atiquitte, speaking skills, teach to paople groomings & the most important thing is they teach how to maintain hyguine in 5 stars hotel . associate is very secure about there job in this hotel. The working culture is amazing there and the hotel's management is very very helpful for associate and always active for it. No doubt , jw Marriott hotel's policies for associate is very good and much needed

there has nothing to dislike about this hotel. yes, they don't provide good salary to associate according to all hotel and this is a luxury brand. If they solve this issue nobody leave this company for many years.

...ite and helpful they have a huge cafeteria and the menu changes as per the week. They provide a good bonus at the time of diwali and new year.

Politics issues are there some of the staff is good in terms of work but bad in terms of behaviour.

... should have supported all the employees insted of that 80% people were fired . People are working for half salary right now and doing double shift . I only joined Marriott because of the motto of company regarding putting their people first and there's nothing like that in JW Marriott Chandigarh Chandigarh

Overall Experience is very good. Very good supportive staff. They support their staff in lockdown by giving their full salary.

Working value is not there. The work done by the associate, Higher department doesn't value their work Even the Managers also.
