Jw marriott hotel new delhi hotel best palce for freshers for working. They imrove the workint skills of people, atiquitte, speaking skills, teach to paople groomings & the most important thing is they teach how to maintain hyguine in 5 stars hotel . associate is very secure about there job in this hotel. The working culture is amazing there and the hotel's management is very very helpful for associate and always active for it. No doubt , jw Marriott hotel's policies for associate is very good and much needed

Dislikes

there has nothing to dislike about this hotel. yes, they don't provide good salary to associate according to all hotel and this is a luxury brand. If they solve this issue nobody leave this company for many years.

Dislikes

...s working so hard and over time so I think they should get paid also nice. The increment and salary is very poor. 7-there is no growth for employees. And also there is no growth of people who really work good and I feel like those employee who doesn’t upto mark they get recognised first as because they keep roaming around managers and do their needful. And I worked for JW Marriott Bangalore and experienced that.

JW Marriott is a one of the best hotel in the world,it's good for those who start their career,job satisfaction,learning work,good culture,good work environment every thing is perfect excepte I am not a bite of satisfaction about salary compair to others company.

Yes I do like jw Marriott Dubai because they gave lot of things like take care of employees, facilities(accomodation ,food,transportation Etc).

Everything is good but salary and position growth is slow.
