Working culture is not at the point of a 5 star hotel . job security is great , management is also fine and the company policy as well but does not give good salary ..

Dislikes

Working hours and the salary does'nt go hand to hand .. So it's hard to survive in Taj Chandigarh for the outsiders ( No accomodation , no cab service but need to do break shift on daily basis )

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow . there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hole lockdown we work for our company but who worked for hotel in lockdown period they dint get full salary and also taj fund also so sad for us but whoever not work in lockdown they get taj fund upto 30000
