Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I initiate my career from JVP and i learn pelenty of things as a site engineer from JVP. I am thank for for good experience and well trained and dicipline collegeous. Sallary was just ok nt appriciable and there is politics.you have to be carefull.

There is no time limits. There is no insurance and ordinary profit except salary. Politics
