The Pay scale for the role is in-suffcient, and the office culture is toxic, where voicing concerns often goes unheard. The emphasis solely is working on intense pressure, with little regard for addressing underlying issues.

I had the privilege of being part of JV Ventures for more than a year and I can confidently say that the experience is north short of exceptional. What I appreciate most is the company’s emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, which allowed me to interact with professionals from various departments, broadening my understanding of the business as a whole. The exposure to the different facets of the company has enabled me to grasp the bigger picture and contribute more effectively.

Great learning opportunities, with ease of switching into the projects among various sectors. There is a lot freedom to take up initiatives with encouragement for taking up new challenges. Great peer learning with cross learning platform among entities and talented pool of people all around.

Working in JV Ventures, previously known as Cerestra Ventures is one of the worst experiences for an individuals growth career wise and traumatizing. The leadership team is the worst and so is the founder Vishal Goel who changes like a Chameleon. The women in the leadership team are ruthless and have no sense of integrity and would always find ways to comment and harass their subordinates and find a way to tarnish them and mock upon their dressing sense, personal life and work endlessly and make them cry. They do not value their employees. The work timings are ridiculous and there is no work life balance. Despite working endlessly they do have have any respect and value for their employees or the work they provide. They love gossiping about every employee and treat them horribly just because they are paying. Please help your self by not joining JV Ventures or any of its affiliates. HR is even worst. They treat like their employees are in school and bully everyone.
