There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

juwi is one of the Best EPC_MNC company and very good professional working culture. Employees are well qualified and experienced people. Very strong & sound in Technical to achieve on time project deliverable's and keeping priority on customer/client satisfaction. Rich in quality of work. Very good support from inter-department during project execution. Overall Experience in juwi was Fantastic and memorable.
