Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Working in the Juvenile Justice Board gave me the satisfaction that any use of juvenile delinquency would harm their future or have a bad impact on the society. The Government of India had set up a department to stop it. For the sake of curbing these juvenile activities or for the sake of our department holding monthly meetings or for publishing the information about Juvenile Justice Act or for the sake of punishing those who are guilty of juvenile delinquency.
