Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I don't like anything very toxic culture over there

...ll they gave you out of profile work and intrested in your personal things more. After you quit they don't provide your last month salary and fnf. Please don't go over there very bad company they are treat a employee like a fool

Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Colleagues relations with MD and Head of department were very bad. Not respect for any colleague. Even after completed the notice period colleague that work over 3 years does not received FNF and experience letter from the company.

No work load, no pressure. salaries are on time and company is considerate towards old employees but you will get sacked if you are new very easily. Good company if you are not committed to your profession and not looking for growth opportunities.

Dislikes

No growth opportunity, you may get sacked if you are a new employee very easily. Your profile will definitely change right after you join irrespective of your experience and expertise. No management, no planning, no future goals.
