Overall i would say management is quite good and supportive but work culture is not good at all. No preguidance regarding projects. Good place to enhance your skills but not in long run.

Likes

There is not much work pressure. One can maintain a good work-life balance.

Dislikes

The organisation is managed in a very unprofessional way, haphazardly. There is no growth in the organisation, and it has not grown for the past 10 yrs. The employee retention rate is abysmal.
