...dial from last 4 years.Management is very supportive in this peadamic situation.I work from home from last 4 month and company give me a 100% salary every month so my job is very secure here.And Work culture is very good as compare to other companies thats why i survive from last 4 hours.Managers are very supportive.

The only single drawback is comany cant compensate for traning at the time of joining.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.

My experience is excellent for the justdial and I am nothing to dislike everything is good . Employee is totally secure in Justdial ltd.
