I like the work there actually I was not so hard any person who have no idea can also take the calls just we need to know Hindi Telugu English language to communicate with the callers.

Dislikes

I didn't liked the salary cycle there if the salary can create on 1 St week of month will be great.I Guess in starting month most of the people will in need of economic support / money 💰 so that's all

The thing i like the most is the cooperation of my manager and teammates. But i dont see any career growth there as the employees who are working since 3 to 4 years are still on the same position and appraisals are also not enough. No company tours and outings were there. I feel somewhere the leaders are partial and biased to some of the executives in the company. Company is more into work.

Dislikes

The thing i dislike the most is the over time and no salary for that. The company shift was of 9 hours but some times it turned into 10 for completing the monthly targets and company didnt pay for the overtime and moreover sometimes company also made us work on holidays for the target completion. Thr appreciations and rewards were not according to the hard work of the individuals.

... take apologies my mistake to give this company five star really Its my mistake.company is good and salary structure also good hr and jd team also good but bad only they could support you when your manager gm and zonal head hod all these people give result your performance but all these should hell your performance and your mind
