i liked work environment and salary structure which is in starting i.e. 16 k ctc and we can also win the bonanza prizes like 400, 600, 1000 Rs. i mean its really amazing place . justdal is great platform for freshers specially they learns a lot from there ..

there is still targets sometimes. and cab facility is not available at all. cafeteria is also very small in pioneer building so its really need to enhance the area of the cafeteria and also make sure available more food items and facilities.

Company is focused only on sales, customer service is pathetic, illeterate managers, who can't type a mail, Growth prospect are very less.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Promotions are given on the basis of your PR with seniors. This organisation has a huge chunk of talent with tenure of 10+ years working at the same level without having climbed even one step of the ladder. Salaries are not at all lucrative and increments are even pathetic.
