Only working environment is good and maintaining all safety measures instructed by govt.

Company is good,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high, and during covid salary deductions are very high and no job security

Toxic environment, Uneducated sales managers abused and insulted from morning till evening, There is no time limit here, even on Sundays one has to work, There is no value for the employee here, there is never any appreciation, There is no professionalism, it seems like doing labour work

...nguage is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up the sales. If we are not doing salary deduction of 10 days or 15 days work culture is very bad. You can't learn new things zero silks.

The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.
