Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Hi

...ience I'd say. But if I'll talk about to promotion part so it's not good at all. Paying low salary and taking extra work from employee is Justdial culture. Where there struggle for money hike is always a issue.

Good eight days job training, good satisfactory salary and salary on time

In rural areas most of people are not knowing about just dial ltd. So its very tough to convince a customer those having not much more knowledge about just dial ltd.
