Very motivating team leaders and mangers,since I started working with just I have always got my salary on time without a single day delay,to talk about work life balance one will actually have good time with just dial as work timings are flexible

The only positive aspects are the timely salary and the brand value of Justdial.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.

Not suitable prouduct for Remote cities No fix timing for field work Sometimes you have to stay on field till 10/11 PM Sunday also working on somedays
