Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Working in Justbooks is like owning the project assigned to you, you will have full responsibility. You will get to learn many new things. Reporting Manager is very friendly. But you need to deliver things in time. Salary is also best in industry. There are many exciting projects here. You will learn a lot.

Dislikes

The only problem with Justbooks is in time salary. Mostly the salary is delayed , but the management is working on it, hopefully it will be fixed.

Working here is like working in a home, where you are the whole n sole of the work given in hand. Lots of learning opportunity. Latest technologies are used.

Dislikes

Little bit of management issue, and salary gets delayed every now and then apart from that it is a best company to work with.
