Worked in almost nine month, teammates were good but there are no management to handle the company, environment really not meet employee expectation, no work life balance so can not think about innovation. all things are in vain here, no management structure so we can not think about appraisal, never recommended to any one to work with Just Relief.

Dislikes

We can not think about appraisal due to worst management. I never recommend to any one to work here. At the time of appraisal the company will just fire. You can not learn new things except bad politics here. Horrible experience.

I learned about new dimensions like digital marketing obviously not from its director or any co founder staff but from my team's colleagues

Dislikes

Zero job security , there were no appraisals or hike kind of system with Pathetic work environment because the main reason is its director or owner you can he is direction less with no idea of running a full time company with experienced people. Totally ill logical person.
