They give opportunity to freshers, and Mr. Sethi is really supportive and good . Not much office politics.

Dislikes

Too many changes in the management, salary delays , no work life balance, no appreciation for work done, the higher authorities can’t handle new generations opinions and wants to get the work done by their personal choices only. Fragile male ego, also no work from home option.
