Amicable working atmosphere with no pressure, no stress and no strain. People are good to each other. No Hierarchy problems, respectable; staff helps each other, approachable and free working nature. No Politics, no harassment, no bullying Tactics; no abusing, no insulting, interpersonal relations are good. Canteen and food serving to all people is good, Travelling facilities to staff is good.

Dislikes

Well qualified, hands on experienced, knowledgeable, seniors complete Trust, complete support, driving Power facility is not available and identification of strengths and utilization is totally zero. Bypassing the superiors is existing. Seniors expressing their views / ideas is not possible and cannot contribute. Encouragement of liked people, nativity, caste favoritism, even though corrupted and subject zero is more, weakness of taking to guarantee carrying on information is more. One side information gathering and decision making is more. No full proof systems to drive the organization and to take corrective decisions in time. Product related Safety is zero. HR department is totally week, candidates integrity and honesty before recruiting is totally not available. Civil jobs are Totally shabby; Procurement of spares without analyzing the need is more. No coordination meeting month wise during project stage, unknowing wastage is more. Amenities are very poor. Remuneration and increments are at the total discretion of the management.

The working genuine team is suspected at all times, cannot utilize up to full strength, no freedom, gets carry over of informers, support of show masters, believes bird stories of others, remuneration only to liking candidates and no job safety. Having no system is a system. No professional approach. Candidates also relaxed as there is no identification, reganigation, and appreciation, Within shortest period many candidates left. Believes the out sourcing firms more than own faithful watch dogs
