Infrastructure is nice just to attract takents.

Dislikes

...kdown or an offer letter till the time you join physically. No substantial work. Salary cuts. Management is biased and fickle minded. This company doesn't deserve a single star for job security.

Nothing. The only thing I like is that i have to not work more than 4-5 hours.

Dislikes

Changed my role from manager to sales representatives. Office internal politics is a lot there. They dont want to make product but just to enjoy..Although they work only 4 hours a day. Writing to bring the truth in front of the owner. Your employees are not working 4 hours a day.
