Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Day to day work is there and they maintain punctuality in the office which I like the most.

Dislikes

Work flexibility is not there. Work from home option is only not there. There are no cultural & entertainment activities in the office. Learning opportunities are also very less. Even area of the office is such that where we can not get good rooms & food i.e.. it is very costly area.
