Management is terrible and pathetic. HR cannot be trusted, you need to visit the plant before joining. There is no designation based work, an engineer has to work like a technician and also under a technician. Your self esteem can be hurt here.

.... Because you will not be able to upscale your skills if you stay there longer. Salary is lower then average.

Team Mates are too much supportive,training are less, Job security is very less, career growth is not good, salary/ appraisal is not at time, politics is very high, the learning is too much excellent, work environment is too much good,innovation for opportunities are timely and the work life balance is not very long duration due to govt policies.

The company is full of new technology,as it is a solar company so, it provides excellent knowledge about solar power energy and is going to be technology of future, team members of the company are very helping, lucky to be a part of this organisation, it Provides good opportunity to excel your skills in particular field with full acknowledgment and facility.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, i have to work 18 to 24 hours as per requirement without having any choice and growth is also very slow. Continuous working without any break during a week sometime leads to health problem.
