...lete mess, they won't care about how much you grind or give for this company. They would pay a hefty amount to someone who is good for nothing(managerial lvl) but will pay paltry to engineers who are grinding & giving their all. They won't listen your ideas, they just want all things to happen by their wish. Humanity is something that is missing, if someone gets injured during work, they won't be giving any assistance to them & are left on their own. Lastly if they start listening to ones who are actually plus support & motivate them ,that will help in the growth of the organization.

In this compnay plant head also dont have knowledge of material . And he is very insulting person in front of all employees And he shouting at very second And talks very loudly And in this company MD sir Also don't have knowledge of material.

Old people's spoiled whole company. Management is ok but given full authority to old uneducated political people. Good employees can't work in this company. Management view is also bad about new employees. Only use and through policy.

Better experience for reputated company. How we can manage material planning, production planning, high rejection, human resources, how can I increase productivity etc. Knowledge according to IATF 2016 16949.
