They pay expenses to the favourite employees. 3) Allow to moonlighting. 5) They will earn 2.5 Lakh per month from you and they just pay 30-60k Based on your grade. 6) Poor Management. 7) Don't believe in so fake called family. Till the time you earning for the company they treat you good but once you ask to leave. They will show real devil faces and start ignoring you. 8) Cheating with college students and clients. Giving fake promises to students or interns. And showing fake experience to clients. 10) Appraisal is already decided they just call you to only say they will not ask you your expectations. 11) ETC.

Toxic work culture, inappropriate HR, making work on multiple projects for increment, illegal activities like fake experience for client, pf fraud for establishing client relations, having grudges and making exit procedure pain, crossing lines by getting into personal life of employees, expecting to work on weekends, not settling fnf out of grudge, if someone tries to go legal against them threatening for non co operation in bgv, giving promotion to people who are good at buttering

They are just playing with candidates life ,if you are Fresher don't choose this company, even they won't pay you for your internship and after 2 month there are more chances that they will remove you , companies bond words is different and their actions are totally different, this company don't ever stand on their wn bond , as I'm Fresher i signed the bond of 2 year but they remove me in just 2 month in between internship period ,after that I have to make my own project final exams, they will hang you in Between of your careers life
