There is no salary structure like expected salary date may gone at the higher side , sometimes we got the salary at 28th of every month. Its totally a biased company. Work culture is changing as per the comfort level of superiors . After getting a good customer base the Employee may be fired for some sort of reason which is not at all fair call from Management. No Health Insurance is provided nothing they are cared about the employees . In the Covid with the suffering also employees are working and Bringing the sales to the organisation but management is least bothered about the expenses and salary which is to be paid to the Employee.
