Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...not satisfied with my job. But I didn't believe that as I know my potential. I just got my March salary.

... School bcz as a teacher it was my first job. But my experience was terrible . Without any information I was dropped by the school, they cleared my March salary on June 2020, but till now I didn't got my experience letter. And the most important thing was career growth was very slow in the school.
