Junior college acts as a bridge for the students as well as for the teachers between schools and college life. The classes become more practical based and more Interesting

Students start to think themselves as more independent which has a negative effect on their self concept which affects their self esteem . Otherwise junior colleges are great to work.

Team mates were excellent and i loved the students and my work always suggested the better way to improve the college but the final decision was upto the management
