The management is very flexible about timings, you can take n number of leaves, work only 4 hours on a day, its totally upto you how you manage your work but you are accountable for your work and you alone will be held responsible for any delay. And you personal upskilling is also on you.

Dislikes

Time management is key here. Since it is a startup you won't have as much time you need to finish work + upskill yourself. You need to burn up some midnight oil and also manage both ends. So you can apply only if you can hit it like crazy, and handle stress and burnout. Beware the path will not be easy! But if you went through it fully, you the king!
