One of the worst experience I come across with this so called Junaati, purely unprofessional, they don't even respect the candidates attending interviews. They simply take 5-6 rounds of interview and collect the data whatever they wanted and stops responding to your after that, there is no minimum courtesy to say yes/no, can imagine how they are serving their clients, I don't recommend if anyone looking for position with this company.

I had only one dispointment they remove the employees in this critical situation they have not even thought how we can get job in this situation nd how we can survive. I hope they will take the old employees as soon as possible and help them to survive.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
