There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

So many things to learn here so it's a good place to grow yourself as an engineer and persons of jumps auto are so good,so friendly. Politics is there but you can handle easily if you are good in your work and appraisal should be according to the work while it is according to level. if you work here for long time ,you can get good position here.

The work is very interesting, we work on high level electrical products that are exported which is fulfiling. The employee culture is friendly and encourages you to ask for help from your teammates and managers. The HR focuses on skill development as well.

The company recently went from a 6 day workweek to a 5.5 day workweek which is good, but we could be better and go to a 5 day workweek.
